Like a great many people, I have dabbled in crafting for most
of my life. I have tried almost everything to come along, but
in the past few years, painting has become my main area of interest
and passion.
The many types of surfaces on which to paint is endless. The
holidays are my favorite subjects, especially Halloween and Christmas.
I attend as many seminars and conventions as I can. It's a great
way to learn and you meet the most wonderful people.
Lately, I have been doing quite a bit of papercrafts too. I love
to make cards and have started doing some scrapbooking!
In these stressful times in which we live, all of us are at
times overwhelmed. I for one, am thankful I have hobbies and interests
to fall back on . So, pick out a pattern packet, pick up a brush
or a pair of scissors and paint or scrap with all your heart!
I live in a small town north of San Francisco with my husband
and one black lab, now almost 5 years old.(We lost one of our
beloved labs not long ago at quite a young age.) Take a moment
and email me, as I'd love to hear from you. Let me know what kinds
of projects you are interested in and what you may be working
on now.
I have also written a book titled, 'Tiny Treasures' published by Provo Craft in 1999. Some very cute projects, leaning a little more to the crafting side..light hearted and fun.
